How to enroll:
Providing a Christian Education for your child is an eternal blessing. The best way you can invest in your child's future is by enrolling them in an environment that teaches them about Jesus. God will always provide what we need in order to train our children up for Him.

To enroll your child, please download and fill out the forms below and call for an interview. Bring these forms plus your student(s) yearly enrollment fees.

Fees:

PER CHILD• Application Fee (includes entrance testing - new students only): Non-refundable $ 25.00
• Paces: 12 paces for each subject X 6 Subjects: Utilization fee: $400.00
What is a pace? It stands for a packet of accelerated Christian education. It is like a school text book that has been divided into 12 units.
• Any additional paces needed are $5.55ea

KINDERGARTEN
Accelerated Christian Education offers a well balanced program called ABC's with ACE and Christi.
PER CHILD• Application Fee: Non-refundable $ 25.00
$250 enrollment cost per child
FIRST CHILD ($50wk)  $1800.00  $180.00 per month
SECOND CHILD ($40wk)  $1440.00  $144.00 per month

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES:
• End of Grade Required Testing: $30.00
• Senior Graduation Fee (due March 1): $25.00
• School uniforms are required, the cost may vary.
• Certain classes require additional funds for supplies.

TUITION PAYMENT STRUCTURE for GRADES 1-12:
• GRADES 1-12 Year; 12 payments
• FIRST CHILD ($70wk) $2520.00 $252.00 per month
• SECOND CHILD ($60wk) $2160.00 $216.00 per month
• THIRD CHILD ($50wk) $1800.00 $180.00 per month
• FOURTH CHILD ($40wk) $1440.00 $144.00 per month

We require that all students from 12 and up to attend the Regional Student Convention in March of every year. This is a wonderful experience and time of learning. Over 700 students from other Christian schools through our region attend. Ages 13 and up prepare all year to compete in various competitions with the other students. Our school has done very well over the years, taking first place in several competitions and placing in the top 10 in most. The cost of this week long event is incorporated into their tuition. Only extra spending money would be necessary.

If you have another child enrolling into another grade you will be discounted $10 per week.

Tuition payments are due by the first Tuesday of each month. Payments that are made by checks are accepted only with pre-approval. A $25.00 charge will be assessed for each returned check to Holden Beach Christian Academy. More than one bad check will result in mandatory bank draft. That will cost an additional $30 per month.

Late Payments: Accounts will be past due after the second month of failure to pay. A $25 charge will be added to overdue outstanding balance. Failure to make a payment may result in student dismissal. Re-enrollment will not be permitted if there is an outstanding balance.

Admissions
If you would like to pursue enrollment at HBCA, complete an application (Student Enrollment Form) and return it to the school office by mail or in person Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 3:30pm. You may also fill out an application online and submit it to the email below.

The enrollment process at HBCA includes a personal interview, testing, submission of required documents (Student Medical Consent Form, Pastoral Reference Form, and payment of applicable fees.
