Ministry: Jail

Every Sunday from 3:00-4:30pm the "Jail Ministry Team" goes into the Brunswick County Jail and preaches the Gospel, sharing testimonies and ministering to the to those who are incarcerated. 

We have been involved in the Jail Ministry since December 2011.  Through this ministry we have seen lots of people give their life to Christ.  The greatest opposition we face in this ministry is "jail house religion," atheist, and those who are just cold to the Gospel.  The blessing of the Jail Ministry is that there are always new ones to reach each week.  We have been able to give the people in the jail KJV Bibles and panish KJV Bibles because of the help of God's people.

Note: To be able to serve on the "Jail Ministry Team," each member must complete a orientation class, which the County Jail teaches, and have their picture made and fingerprinted along as their background checked.
